Schedule O Clause Samples

Schedule O is an annex or attachment to a main contract that provides additional, detailed information relevant to the agreement. Typically, it may include specific technical specifications, lists of deliverables, pricing details, or other supplementary terms that are referenced in the main body of the contract. By consolidating this information in a separate schedule, the clause helps organize complex or voluminous details, ensuring clarity and ease of reference for both parties.
