SCHEDULE AND PROGRESS REPORTS. The CONSULTANT and the CITY shall follow the project schedule included in Exhibit A. The CONSULTANT shall provide monthly progress reports to the CITY setting forth the status of the services according to the aforementioned project schedule, itemizing funds expended and outlining tasks to be performed in the ensuing month.
