Common use of Schedule Amendments Clause in Contracts

Schedule Amendments. In the event notice is provided by Nels▇▇ ▇▇▇suant to the terms of Article VIIA ("Notice of Change"), any information contained in a Notice of Change shall become a part of the Schedule relating to such information only upon the written approval of the Required Lenders as evidenced by an amendment to this Agreement.
