Common use of Schedule Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Schedule Adjustment. Training that falls entirely on an employee’s scheduled day off, or on a combination of the employee’s scheduled days off and scheduled working days shall result in hours balancing within a four (4) week pay cycle for part-time staff and an eight (8) week pay cycle for full-time staff as contained within the PSC SOP. Classroom time for training days shall not exceed nine (9) hours duration unless mutually agreed to by the parties, excluding Officer Coaching. This Letter of Understanding applies to:
