Common use of Schedule 2.01 Clause in Contracts

Schedule 2.01. Schedule 2.01 (Revolving Commitments) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety by Supplemental Schedule 2.01 attached as Supplemental Schedule 2.01 to this Amendment. Any references in the Credit Agreement to Schedule 2.01 shall be deemed to refer to Supplemental Schedule 2.01 from and after the First Amendment Effective Date.
