Common use of Schedule 13D Clause in Contracts

All disclosure in the Amended Schedule 13D will be consistent with this Agreement. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Signatories will provide Company and its counsel with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the Amended Schedule 13D prior to filing, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Signatories will consider in good faith any changes proposed by Company or its counsel.
