Common use of SCE Representations Clause in Contracts

SCE Representations. a. SCE, at its sole discretion and in accordance with its applicable tariffs, design standards, and AHJ permitting requirements, will locate, design, and install the Infrastructure and Charging Equipment. SCE is responsible for all costs associated with Infrastructure and equipment deployed by SCE pursuant to this Agreement.
