Scanning. 3.6.1 An estimated number of 400 000 to 500 000 images to be scanned on a monthly basis. 3.6.2 The Service Provider must scan the documents and the scanned images must be available for retrieval by CCT staff via a secure retrieval system that only MVRL & FSD staff can access. 3.6.3 Any maintenance and or updates to the system if applicable will be for the cost of the service provider. 3.6.4 Note, the scanned images remains the property of the CCT and shall be returned to the CCT at the completion of this contract.
