Common use of Scalping Clause in Contracts

In order to ensure the stability of the Charterprime platforms and products, Charterprime reserves the right to close, amend or reverse scalping strategies (we define scalping strategies as a method traders use where they open and close trades within 120 seconds, and this scalping trades constitute more than 20% of total trades) and EA strategies (an EA is an Expert Advisor, which is an added on software linked to a Meta Trader currency platform and allows for automatic trades under certain conditions). The use of EAs may be subject to approval by Charterprime.
