Scale Intellectual Property. Except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant any rights, and Scale owns and reserves all right, title, and interest in and to, the Scale Technology. Subject to Customer’s ongoing compliance with this Agreement, Scale agrees that Customer may use the Services in accordance with this Agreement during the Term.
