SBC-2STATE Clause Samples
The SBC-2STATE clause establishes the legal relationship and obligations between two U.S. states in a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how the laws of each state will apply to the agreement, addresses jurisdictional issues, and may specify procedures for resolving disputes that arise between the states. By clearly defining the governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms, the clause helps prevent conflicts and confusion, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities under the agreement.
SBC-2STATE. As used herein, SBC-2STATE means SBC CALIFORNIA and SBC NEVADA, the applicable SBC-owned ILEC(s) doing business in California and Nevada.
SBC-2STATE. An initial non-recurring charge applies per state, per brand, per Operator assistance switch, for the establishment of CLEC specific branding. An additional non-recurring charge applies per state, per brand, per Operator assistance switch for each subsequent change to the branding announcement.
SBC-2STATE. Carrier will provide recorded announcement(s) of its company name to be used to brand the Carrier’s DA calls in accordance with the methods and procedures in effect at that time, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both Parties.
