Agents shall have received that certain SBA Matters Agreement, SBA Form 1031 (U.S. Small Business Administration Portfolio Financing Report), SBA Form 480 (U.S. Small Business Administration Size Status Declaration), and SBA Form 652 (U.S. Small Business Administration Assurance of Compliance for Nondiscrimination), in each case duly completed and executed by the applicable Credit Party;
