SB COMPOUNDS. On or before the Effective Date, SB shall disclose to ArQule the structures of the SB Compounds that SB will submit to ArQule for lead optimization, together with all data, synthetic protocols, and other information in the possession of SB which may assist ArQule in the project. ArQule shall commence work on this project within thirty (30) days after the JSC develops and approves a workplan.
