SAVVIS Clause Samples
The 'Savvis' clause typically refers to provisions related to the use of third-party data centers or hosting services, often referencing the company Savvis (now part of Lumen Technologies) as a service provider. This clause outlines the responsibilities, service levels, and security requirements when a party's data or applications are hosted by Savvis or a similar provider. For example, it may specify uptime guarantees, data protection measures, and procedures for handling outages or breaches.
