Saving Provision. If any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, it shall not affect any other part. If any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable as written, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. The indemnification, confidentiality, limitations on publicity, possession of materials, noncompetition, nonraiding and dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement shall survive after Employee's employment by Company ends, regardless of the reason it ends, and shall be enforceable regardless of any claim Employee may have against Company.
