Common use of Save that Clause in Contracts

Save that. 47.2.1 any Functional Body or London Borough as set out in Clause 5.5; 47.2.2 a Replacement Service Provider under Schedule 8; and 47.2.3 any member of the TfL Group, has the right to enforce the terms of the Contract in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (“Third Party Act”), the Parties do not intend that any of the terms of the Contract will be enforceable by virtue of the Third Party Act by any person not a party to it.
