Save that. 41.2.1 any Functional Body as set out in Clause 4.5; 41.2.2 a Replacement Service Provider under Schedule 9; and 41.2.3 any member of the Group, the Authority or the Client has the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement or any relevant Contract in accordance with this Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (“Third Party Act”), the Parties do not intend that any of the terms of this Agreement or any relevant Contract will be enforceable by virtue of the Third Party Act by any person not a party to it.
