Common use of Save for children of Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Save for children of Borrowers. and children of someone living with the Borrower, every person who, at the date upon which any English Mortgage was granted, had attained the age of eighteen and was in or about to be in actual occupation of the relevant Property, is either named as a Borrower or has signed a Deed of Consent in the form of the pro forma contained in the Standard Documentation which was applicable at the time the Mortgage was executed.
