Satisfaction Evaluation Plan. The Contractor shall refine the Stakeholder Acceptance/Satisfaction Evaluation Plan, developed as part of Task Order No. 0003, to incorporate planning of stakeholder surveys/interviews related to safety, financial, and institutional impact assessment. The refined plan shall document the number of planned survey/interviews for each Pilot site, and identify the purpose and target audience. The Contractor shall also describe the overall approach for collecting this data (including both baseline and post-deployment). This plan shall identify who will be interviewed and provide an approximate schedule of interviews for each Pilot site. The Contractor shall choose a selection process that minimizes biases present in selecting the interviewees. If surveys are being administered, this plan shall describe the method for administering the survey for each Pilot site.
