Satisfaction and Waiver of Conditions Precedent. 9.2.1 Within 3 business days after the satisfaction of the conditions precedent described in Article 9.1, Party A shall notify Party B. Within 3 business days after the issuance of the said notification, Party B shall confirm the same in writing to Party A. Closing shall then be arranged within 3 business days after receipt of Party B’s confirmation.
