Common use of Satisfaction and Discharge of the Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction and Discharge of the Supplemental Indenture. Articles VIII and XI of the Original Indenture shall not apply to the Notes. Instead, the satisfaction and discharge provisions set forth in this Article 8 shall, with respect to the Notes, supersede in their entirety Articles VIII and XI of the Original Indenture, and all references in the Original Indenture to Articles VIII and XI thereof and satisfaction and discharge provisions therein, as the case may be, shall, with respect to the Notes, be deemed to be references to this Article 9 and the satisfaction and discharge provisions set forth in this Article 8, respectively. The Indenture will be discharged with respect to the Notes and will cease to be of further effect as to all Notes issued hereunder, when:
