If, pursuant to Section 301, provision is made for the defeasance of Securities of a series and if the Securities of such series are denominated and payable only in Dollars (except as provided pursuant to Section 301), then the provisions of this Article Four relating to defeasance of Securities shall be applicable except as otherwise specified pursuant to Section 301 for Securities of such series. Defeasance provisions, if any, for Securities denominated in a Foreign Currency may be specified pursuant to Section 301.
