Common use of Sanitization Clause in Contracts

Sanitization. The Ontario Convention Center will be cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, equipment, and other high touch surfaces. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the building. Guests are encouraged to frequently wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, in line with current state guidelines, and use hand sanitizer. Please follow instructions from the Ontario Convention Center while attending Mainstage 2022. Some of the new protection measures may include: ● Signage and ground markings: Please follow directional signage and ground markings to better navigate common areas while practicing physical distancing. ● Physical barriers: Physical barriers have been added in select places to promote proper separation between people. Barriers will be visible at the catering table and bar. ● Limited capacity for events. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this process as responsibly as we can. By entering the building, you are confirming that you are not: ● Experiencing any of the following symptoms of Covid-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, including: ○ Fever or chills ○ Cough ○ Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing ○ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ○ Muscle or body aches ○ Headache ○ New loss of taste or smell ○ Sore throat ○ Congestion or runny nose ○ Nausea or vomiting ○ Diarrhea ● In contact with, or have been in close contact with, someone with confirmed or suspected Covid-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine ● Under any self-quarantine orders Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria may not enter the building. If at any point during their visit that a guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they will be asked to leave the event.
