Common use of Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws Clause in Contracts

Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws. (a) No Covered Entity, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreement: (i) is a Sanctioned Person or (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, is engaged in any transactions or other dealings with or for the benefit of any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or any transactions or other dealings that otherwise are prohibited by any Sanctions or Anti-Terrorism Laws.

Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws. No (a) No Covered Entity, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreement: (i) is a Sanctioned Person or Person; (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, is engaged in any transactions or other dealings with or for the benefit of any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or any transactions or other dealings that otherwise are prohibited by any Sanctions or Anti-Terrorism Laws; (b) Collateral is Embargoed Property.

(a) No Covered Entity, nor any employeesdirector, officersofficer, directorsemployee, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a agent and affiliate of any Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreement: (i) Entity is a Sanctioned Person Person, and (b) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, is engaged either (i) does business with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Person, or (ii) engages in any dealings or transactions or other dealings with or for the benefit of any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or any transactions or other dealings that otherwise are prohibited by any Sanctions or Anti-Terrorism Laws.

(b) No Receivables are Blocked Property.

No: (a) No Covered Entity, nor nor, to its knowledge, any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreementdirectors thereof: (i) is a Sanctioned Person Person; or (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, is engaged in any transactions or other dealings with or for the benefit of any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or any transactions or other dealings that otherwise are prohibited by any dealing, in each case, in violation of Sanctions or Anti-Terrorism Laws; and (b) Collateral is EmbargoedBlocked Property.

No: (ai) No Covered EntityEntity nor any of their officers or directors, nor to the knowledge of such Originator, any of their employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreement: Agreement (ix) is a Sanctioned Person or Person; (iiy) directly, or indirectly through any third party, is engaged engages in any transactions or other dealings with or for the benefit of any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or any transactions or other dealings that which otherwise are prohibited by any Sanctions Laws of the United States or Laws of other applicable jurisdictions relating to economic sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws; (ii) Support Assets are Embargoed Property.
