Common use of Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws Clause in Contracts

Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws. No: (a) Covered Entity: (i) is a Sanctioned Person, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Credit Agreement is a Sanctioned Person; (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, engages in any transactions or other dealings with any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or which otherwise are prohibited by any Laws of the United States or Laws of other applicable jurisdictions relating to economic sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws; and (b) Collateral is Embargoed Property.

No: (a) Covered Entity: (i) is a Sanctioned Person, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Credit Agreement is a Sanctioned Person; (ii) directly, or indirectly through any third party, engages in any transactions or other dealings with any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or which otherwise are prohibited by any Laws of the United States or Laws of other applicable jurisdictions relating to economic sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws; and (b) Collateral is Embargoed Property.

No: (a) Covered Entity: (i) is a Sanctioned Person, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Credit Agreement is a Sanctioned Person; (ii) directly, or or, to the knowledge of the Loan Parties indirectly through any third party, engages in any transactions or other dealings with any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or which otherwise are prohibited by any Laws of the United States or Laws laws of other applicable jurisdictions relating to economic sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws; and (b) Collateral is Embargoed Property.
