Sanctions and Anti-Corruption Laws. Maintain in effect policies and procedures designed to promote compliance by the Loan Parties and their respective Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with applicable Sanctions and Anti-Corruption Laws, the Trading with the Enemy Act and the Patriot Act, and promptly upon the written request of the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders any information that the Administrative Agent or any Lender deems reasonably necessary from time to time in order to ensure compliance with all applicable Sanctions and Anti-Corruption Laws, the Trading with the Enemy Act and the Patriot Act.
