SanctionCheck. Ethico has developed a cumulative searchable sanctions database known as (“SCWEB”) with information obtained from various government-provided listings, which Ethico represents will assist Client in identifying individuals and entities which have been sanctioned, debarred or otherwise excluded from participation in federally funded health care programs or other qualified (federally or not) program participation. This section describes the SanctionCheck Service as provided by Ethico.
