Sample Lender Documents. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Lender shall prepare and deliver to USBGI samples of all Loan Documents Lender proposes to use for Loans and a Lender report containing such information regarding the Lender as USBGI shall request, and any other documentation as determined necessary by USBGI or as otherwise identified in this Agreement.
