I currently hold financial interests in the following prohibited entities: Atomic ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., and Hot Rods Fissible Isotopes, LLC. I will divest these assets after my appointment but before I assume the duties of the position of Board member. I have verified that I will be able to carry out the divestitures within the timeframe described above.
