Sample Contracts. Samples of all pertinent contracts, warranties, purchase or lease and maintenance agreements shall be attached to the Proposal. No such document may contain any provision that might materially alter any provision of this RFP. In the event any such document contains a non- compliant provision, such provision shall be irrevocably deemed deleted and of no force or effect.
Sample Contracts. Term: The term provision of a confidentiality agreement can be extremely important. The term must be long enough to protect the interests of the Disclosing party. Nonetheless, the term should not unduly burden the Recipient. Example term provisions would have the agreement last one or five years.
