Same obligations Sample Clauses
The "Same obligations" clause establishes that certain parties to an agreement are required to adhere to the same duties, responsibilities, or standards as another specified party. In practice, this means that if a subcontractor is engaged, they must comply with the same requirements that the main contractor has agreed to with the client, such as confidentiality, quality standards, or timelines. This clause ensures consistency and uniformity in obligations across all relevant parties, preventing gaps in compliance and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-performance.
