Same Day Support. Under normal operating conditions, BLUE STREAM will offer in-home service calls for residents who have lost a Service (e.g., Internet and/or video Services are unavailable) within four (4) hours of them calling BLUE STREAM so long as they call between 8am and 2pm Monday through Saturday. “Normal operating conditions” exclude operations during force majeure events or other events including but not limited to events caused by third parties. Otherwise, they will be provided service the next business day (Monday through Saturday) so long as the resident calls BLUE STREAM. BLUE STREAM shall cure Service issues reported by residents on the same or next business day at least 90% of the time when measured over a thirty (30) day period. In addition to other remedies available, if BLUE STREAM does not cure the lost Service on the first visit, the resident will be provided with a one-time twenty-dollar ($20.00) credit on their BLUE STREAM account and offered a preferred follow-up visit. The credit can only be used for BLUE STREAM Services beyond those Bulk Services included in Section 6. below.
