Sales Phasing. Upon the introduction of new products following approval by Wisconsin, Legends shall develop the proper strategy in selling the proper inventory to the appropriate guest. A component of this process shall entail an analysis of the additional buying capacity of current buyers. Wisconsin shall determine the priority based on current giving levels, and Legends shall assist in establishing the phasing and communication to each group with an exclusive period to purchase. All strategy, phasing, and communication shall be subject to review, revision and approval by Wisconsin, and shall not be implemented or distributed until fully revised and approved by Wisconsin.
