Sales Performance. (b) Within the limitations, if any, resulting from the quantity of MINI Vehicles made available to Dealer by the MINI Division, Dealer shall achieve the best possible sales performance obtainable for MINI Vehicles. Sales Performance. Within the limitations, if any, resulting from the quantity of Aston Xxxxxx Vehicles made available to Dealer by Aston Xxxxxx, Dealer shall use its best efforts to achieve the best sales performance in its RMA for Aston Xxxxxx Products, used Aston Xxxxxx vehicles and Aston Xxxxxx services. Such sales performance shall be evaluated by Aston Xxxxxx periodically on the basis of such reasonable and consistent criteria as may be established from time to time by Aston Xxxxxx. The evaluation report will be furnished to and discussed with Dealer so that Dealer may take prompt action as necessary to achieve satisfactory sales performance results.

DEALER will maintain a suitable place of business, and an adequate stock of PRODUCTS and PARTS and solicit all actual and potential customers in the APR regularly and frequently.
