Common use of Sales Commitments Clause in Contracts

Sales Commitments. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.14(d), ----------------- Company has no sales contracts or commitments to customers or distributors which aggregate in excess of $20,000 to any one customer or distributor (or group of affiliated customers or distributors). Company has no sales contracts or commitments except those made in the ordinary course of business, at arm's length, and no such contracts or commitments are for a sales price which would result in a loss to the Company.
