Common use of Sales Commitments Clause in Contracts

Sales Commitments. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.10(d), the Company does not have any sales contracts or commitments to customers with respect to the Company's business which aggregate in excess of $10,000 to any one customer (or group of affiliated customers). The Company does not have any sales contracts or commitments with respect to the Company's business except those made in the ordinary course of business, at arm's length.
