Sales / Assignment. Contracts are assigned to a specific sales rep or sales team prior to actually printing the accounts. This enables sales management to review revenue reports of each assignment and make any necessary changes. The assignment code (sales representative and sales segment) is maintained in the Selling and Publishing systems so that service order activity affecting the accounts can be routed to the appropriate sales rep.
