Common use of Sale of Trust Units Clause in Contracts

Sale of Trust Units. (1) On receipt of payment, wired instructions and payment, or payment identified as being for the account of a unitholder, the Transfer Agent will deposit the payment, prepare and present the necessary report to the Custodian and record the purchase of units in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms of the prospectus. All units shall be held in book entry form and no certificate shall be issued unless the Trust is permitted to do so by the prospectus and the purchaser so requests.
