Common use of Sale of the Company's Wireless Operations Clause in Contracts

Sale of the Company's Wireless Operations. Parent and the Company shall cooperate and use their best efforts to enter into an agreement with an appropriate third party to sell the Company's wireless operations (pursuant to a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of such operations) on terms and conditions acceptable to Parent and the Company, the consummation of such sale being contingent upon the consummation of the Merger.
