Common use of Sale of Shares Clause in Contracts

Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 7 hereof and to such minimum purchase requirements as may from time to time be currently indicated in the Trust's prospectus or statement of additional information, you are authorized to sell as agent on behalf of the Trust Shares authorized for issue and registered under the 1933 Act. You may also purchase as principal Shares for resale to the public. Such sales will be made by you on behalf of the Trust by accepting unconditional orders to purchase Shares placed with you by investors and such purchases will be made by you only after acceptance by you of such orders. The sales price to the public of Shares shall be the public offering price as defined in paragraph 6 hereof.
