SALE OF OPERATOR’S BUSINESS. 12.1 In the event that an Operator sells all or part of its operational business and/or goodwill the Operator will make such sale subject to the terms of this Agreement and oblige the purchaser to comply with the terms of this Agreement as a condition of sale.
