Common use of Sale of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company agrees to issue and sell to each Purchaser and each Purchaser severally agrees to purchase from the Company, at the Closing, the number of Shares of Common Stock ("Shares") set forth opposite each Purchaser's name on Schedule I for $4.50 per Share.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreementhereof, the -------------------- Company agrees to will issue and sell to each the Purchaser, and the Purchaser and each Purchaser severally agrees to purchase from the Company, at the Closinga purchase price of $14 per share, the number of Shares of Common Stock ("Shares") set forth opposite each Purchaser's name on Schedule I for $4.50 per Share.
