Common use of Sale Notice Revocable Clause in Contracts

Sale Notice Revocable. A Sale Notice is revocable by the Seller that issued that Sale Notice by notice received by the Trustee (and copied to the Manager) prior to the close of business (Sydney time) 4 Business Days before the proposed Closing Date. If no such notice is received by the Trustee and the Manager by that time, that Sale Notice is then irrevocable.
