Sale and Purchase of Participations Among MPF Banks. The Parties hereby agree that the sale and purchase of Participation Interests among MPF Banks and related support services provided by the MPF Provider shall be generally in accordance with this Agreement and specifically in accordance with this ARTICLE VII and the related provisions of the FHLB Guide. MPF Banks may contract directly with each other for the sale and purchase of participations, provided, however, that the MPF Provider acknowledges such agreements and the services the MPF Provider provides to support such agreement align with the framework of this Agreement.
