Common use of Sale and Leaseback Clause in Contracts

Sale and Leaseback. None of the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries will directly or indirectly enter into any agreement or arrangement providing for the sale or transfer by it of any property (now owned or hereafter acquired) to a Person and the subsequent lease or rental of such property or other similar property from such Person.

Sale and Leaseback. None of the Borrower or Borrowers nor any of the Subsidiaries will directly or indirectly enter into any agreement or arrangement providing for the sale to sell or transfer by it all or any substantial part of any property (now owned its fixed assets and thereupon or hereafter acquired) to a Person and within one year thereafter rent or lease the subsequent lease assets so sold or rental of such property or other similar property from such Persontransferred.

None of Holdings, the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries will directly or indirectly enter into any agreement or arrangement providing for the sale or transfer by it of any property (now owned or hereafter acquired) to a Person and the subsequent lease or rental of such property or other similar property from such Person.

None of the Borrower or Borrowers nor any of the their Subsidiaries will directly or indirectly enter into any agreement or arrangement providing for the sale to sell or transfer by it all or any substantial part of any property its fixed assets and thereupon or within one (now owned 1) year thereafter rent or hereafter acquired) to a Person and lease the subsequent lease assets so sold or rental of such property or other similar property from such Persontransferred.
