Common use of Sale and Leaseback Transactions and Synthetic Leases Clause in Contracts

Sale and Leaseback Transactions and Synthetic Leases. Enter into or suffer to exist (a) any Sale and Leaseback Transaction, other than (i) any Sale and Leaseback Transaction entered into by any Person prior to the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary; provided that such Sale and Leaseback Transaction was not entered in contemplation of or in connection with such Person becoming a Subsidiary, and (ii) any Sale and Leaseback Transaction to the extent the sale, transfer or other disposition of the property thereunder is permitted under Section 6.04, or (b) any Synthetic Lease.
