SALARY ALLOCATION Clause Samples
The Salary Allocation clause defines how an employee's salary is distributed or assigned within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the specific components of the salary, such as base pay, bonuses, and allowances, and may detail how these amounts are allocated across different departments, projects, or cost centers. By clearly specifying the breakdown and distribution of salary payments, this clause ensures transparency in compensation practices and helps prevent disputes regarding payment responsibilities or entitlements.
