SAFETY WARNINGS. THE RENTED ITEM(S) CAN BE DANGEROUS, AND MAY MOVE, SHIFT, TIP, SINK, OVERTURN, LEAK, OR COLLAPSE, PARTICULARLY DURING SEVERE WEATHER AND/OR ON STEEP TERRAIN. YOU AGREE TO: (A) EXERCISE, AND TO CAUSE ALL OTHERS TO EXERCISE, EXTREME CARE WHEN DEALING WITH SUCH ITEM(S); (B) PROVIDE ALL APPLICABLE FAMILIARIZATION, TRAINING, INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS TO ALL USERS, OPERATORS AND OCCUPANTS OF THE RENTED ITEM(S); (C) ensure that each Rented Item is used reasonably, safely and only: (i) for its intended purpose(s); (ii) within its rated capacity; (iii) at the Site; (iv) BY PROPERLY TRAINED, QUALIFIED, CERTIFIED, FAMILIARIZED AND/OR LICENSED (AS APPLICABLE) ADULTS; and (v) otherwise in full compliance with this Contract and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, at all times.

SAFETY WARNINGS. The odor of ethyl mercaptan can fade in certain circumstances, which are described in the warning materials Company has provided to Customer. Customer acknowledges receipt of this warning material and understands the important safety information contained in it.
SAFETY WARNINGS. Do not allow anyone to inhale Helium from the filling equipment or from balloons! Inhaling helium gas directly from high-pressure tank or inflated balloons can cause dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness or other serious injury, including death. Popping balloons can cause eye or other injury. The Client is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of Helium, balloons, equipment and material related to the event. The Client hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability, TWSS Balloons and all principals, owners, or employees of said Limited Liability.   • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use.   • Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.

  • SAFETY & HEALTH The Employer and the IBTCoalition agree that the safety of employees and the general public is of utmost importance. Therefore, the Employer shall provide a safe work environment that is free of recognized hazards that could cause death, injury or illness.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Warnings (a) Whenever the Employer deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating that dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of or omission referred to, or may follow if such employee fails to bring the work up to a required standard by a given date, the Employer shall within five (5) days thereafter give written particulars of such censure, with a copy to the employee involved and the Secretary of the Union.

  • SAFETY PRACTICES (a) The employer will take reasonable measures to prevent and eliminate any present or potential job hazards which the employees may encounter at their places of work.

  • Safety Precautions Resident acknowledges that neither Owner nor any of its agents, employees or representatives has made any representations or warranties, either written or oral, concerning the safety of the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment, or the effectiveness or operability of any security devices or safety, health or security measures at the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment. Resident acknowledges that Owner neither warrants nor guarantees the safety or security of residents or their Guests against any criminal or wrongful acts of third parties. Resident and his or her Guests are responsible for protecting their own respective person and property and hereby release Owner and its agents, employees and representatives for any and all damage to person and property. Owner’s safety measures are neither a warranty of safety nor a guaranty against crime or of a reduced risk of crime. Resident acknowledges that security devices or measures may be changed or removed by Owner without notice or compensation, and/or may fail or be thwarted by criminals or by electrical or mechanical malfunctions. Therefore, Resident acknowledges that he or she should not rely on such devices or measures and should take steps to protect himself or herself and his or her existing property notwithstanding these devices. Resident agrees to immediately notify Owner’s representative of any malfunctions involving locks and life-safety building components. Should Resident become seriously injured or imperiled at the Property, Resident authorizes Owner and its agents to call 911 Emergency at Resident’s expense, without legal obligation to do so.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.
