Safety Problems Sample Clauses
The 'Safety Problems' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities when safety issues arise during the performance of a contract or project. Typically, this clause requires parties to promptly report any hazardous conditions, halt work if necessary, and implement corrective measures to address the identified risks. For example, if a contractor discovers unsafe structural elements on a construction site, they must notify the relevant parties and suspend work in the affected area until it is deemed safe. The core function of this clause is to ensure a safe working environment and to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries by establishing clear protocols for addressing safety concerns.
