Safety Notifications. Awardee shall notify the JMAG in writing promptly following any single safety event of concern or a series of safety events considered by the DSMB as relevant in relation to the Project Vaccine and within 48 hours from the time when such event or series of events becomes known to Awardee.
Safety Notifications. Each Partner shall notify the JMAG in writing promptly following any single safety event of concern or a series of safety events which in each case is or are considered by the DSMB as relevant enough to recommend modification of study design, dosing regimen, or discontinuation of vaccination, in relation to any Project Vaccine or any Project Clinical Trial and within five (5) days from the time when the DSMB’s recommendation in relation to such event or series of events becomes known to such Partner.

(1) Prior to performing the Project Work, Contractor shall submit to the Company Representative a list of all Hazardous Materials to be used in performing the Work. Contractor shall maintain a list of all Hazardous Materials used at the Job Site. A material safety data sheet (“SDS”) shall be readily available from Contractor for each Hazardous Material at the Job Site for which a manufacturer has prepared an SDS. For purposes of this Agreement, “readily available” means that Contractor shall produce an SDS for review within [*****] of the SDS being requested by Company Representative or by an official from a Governmental Authority.

Safety Notifications. In case a Product is potentially deviating from the Product Specifications, or under any other circumstance where such Product might cause, or already has caused harm to a patient, user or other person, each Party shall notify the other Party in writing (such writing, a “Safety Notification”), irrespective of the time or location of detection of the potentially faulty Product, as soon as the respective Party has knowledge of such. This Agreement shall not prevent ReShape from reporting any medical device incident as required by any applicable Law.
